| Cost Sheet Please include one copy of the document(s) for each defendant/address to be served, and also one for our records. Also include a self-addressed stamped envelope for return of service. Complaints, Writ of Summons & Subpoenas: $150.00 deposit for one Defendant, one service. $50.00 for each additional defendant. For example: For example, if you have two defendants it would be $200.00 if you have two defendants two different addresses it would be $250.00. Mechanics Lien same as a Complaint only they have to be served in 20 days. Deputized Service We receive the same as above. You are responsible to contact the other county to see what they require. Please include appropriate envelope with postage addressed to deputized county. Writ of Execution (Personal Property and/or Garnishment): (Court 90 days/District Judge 60 days) $200 for judgment amounts up to $2000; $300 for judgment amounts between $2000 and $5000; $500 for judgment amounts over $5000 Writ of Execution (Real Estate): $2500.00 deposit. See Sheriff Sale requirements for additional information and instructions. Order of Possession/Writ of Ejectment $150.00 for one defendant. $50 for each additional defendant to be served.
