Complete the application in its entirety, sign and date.
Include the following items with your completed application:
- $50.00 check made payable to the Wyoming County Sheriff
The completed application and required payment may be mailed to:

Tunkhannock, PA 18657
You may also bring the application and required payment to the Sheriff’s office. An appointment is preferred as the license must be signed personally by the Sheriff.
