Domestic Relations

The Wyoming County Domestic Relations is part of the Wyoming County Court of Common Pleas. We are located in the Wyoming County Human Service Building on Route 29 South, Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.

The Wyoming County Domestic Relations Office establishes paternity and determines and enforces child and spousal support orders in accordance with Federal, State and Local Regulations, Statutes, and Rules of Civil Procedure.

Appointments to file for support, Spousal Support and Alimony Pendente Lite, can be made by calling: 570-836-8645 or cases can also be filed electronically on the child support web site at http://www.childsupport.state.pa.us

Please be advised that the Domestic Relations Section does not handle custody or visitation issues between parties. If you need the Court’s assistance in these matters, please contact your attorney.  If you need legal representation; there is a list of attorneys available in the Wyoming County’s Prothonotary’s office located in the Wyoming County Court House.
