Welcome to Wyoming County, PA, USA

The Wyoming County Commissioners and Community Planning Office are pleased to announce the launch of the 2025 Marcellus Legacy Fund Mini Grant Program. Applications are now being accepted for mini-grants of up to $5,000 to support eligible community projects within Wyoming County.

Funding is available for projects that involve greenways, trails, open space, conservation, beautification, heritage parks, and water resource management. A 50% local match (cash and/or in-kind) is required. This is a reimbursement-based program, and applicants must demonstrate a clear project scope, timeline, and proof of match commitment.

Key Dates:
* Grant Round Opens: June 10, 2025
* Application Deadline: July 31st, 2025 at 3:00 PM
* Awards Announced: August 5th, 2025

Eligible applicants include non-profits, municipalities, and educational institutions. All projects must be located in Wyoming County and align with the county’s Comprehensive Plan and regional outdoor recreation strategies.
